Jackson Capps was born to be a country music entertainer. As a very young boy, he and his mother would visit Nashville regularly. Long before he was a teen, Jackson knew that country music was in his blood, and that’s when he taught himself how to play guitar listening to his early influences such as Hank Williams and Johnny Cash.

Jackson made his live performance debut at Nashville’s World Famous Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge in 2011. He has been honing his talents as a singer/songwriter ever since.

Following his first live performance, Jackson has been playing concerts across the Southeast including his debut on the Grand Ole Opry at the age of twelve. In 2012, Jackson caught the eye of country music legend Marty Stuart who invited Jackson to perform with him on the road.

Jackson continues to write and perform his music all over the United States. He has developed into a seasoned musician by adapting the sounds of Merle Haggard and Waylon Jennings with the cool swagger of Elvis Presley.
